About the event
Kombat Karate is a program that uses traditional karate techniques and principles and puts them to use in an effective, modernized self-defense training format. The program has been designed to maximize time and efficiency and give the student a great workout, all while learning very valuable self-defense and life skills.
During this class, you will learn:
Basic punching
Striking with footwork
Wrist grab escape
Open hand striking
